Joint concert with South Bank Singers!
What is it all about!
We were approached by the South Bank Singers to see if we could do a collaboration with them. Always up for something new, we are bringing to you two concerts which will see various music being performed, with an element of Last Night of the Proms in the latter half of the programme.
Concert Dates
We have two performances on Saturday 20th September in Winterton and Saturday 18th October in Barton-upon-Humber. We can't wait to see you at our next show!

We have tickets which are now on sale via our online booking platform of this website (click link below) which is safe and secure, using PayPal for payments. You can checkout as a guest if you don't have an account with them. Please check which date you are booking for, there are two options. Tickets will also be available to purchase on the door at the event, cash preferred. There will also be refreshments and a raffle at the event. HAF SUMMER BAND CAMP 2025

We were delighted to once more be able to provide 4 activity days this Summer as part of North Lincolnshire Council HAF Fuelled up events.
These were held from Monday 21st to Thursday 24th July, 10am until 2pm in the upstairs function room within the Corn Exchange, Market Place, Barton-upon-Humber., and were for children aged 7-16yrs
During out week we were able to put on various musical workshops with our MD Garry where children could try out various brass instruments, learn how to play them, participate in beginner ensembles, create their own compositions and perform to each other. Liz Drury of Liz Drury Voiceovers was also on hand to help the children create their own "Fuelled Adverts" with her portable recording studio. We also created out own wind up racing monsters, made personalised bead bracelets, competed in a spaghetti and marshmallow challenge as well as utilising the outdoor gym equipment next to Baysgarth Leisure Centre. We had lots of delicious yummy food, this time provided by Rebecca's Licenced Tearooms in Barton, as well as snacks and healthy fruit mocktails! It is the summer holidays after all!

Barton Community Band are thriving under the excellent direction of our fabulous Musical Director, Garry Oglesby. Barton Community Band play at a variety of events throughout the year, from in the local community and surrounding areas, to others a little further afield. We have recently changed our youth band to a training band as we have both adults and children now learning to play instruments with us. Everyone is welcome, no matter age, background or experience.
