We are delighted once again to be performing back in St Mary's Church, Barton-upon-Humber. This has become a regular event for the Barton Community Band and Barton Training Band and enjoyed by young and old alike.
This year we will be performing there on Saturday 13th December, with the doors opening for the concert at 5:30pm for a 6pm start.
The concert will comprise of a fun programme of music by the main band with a section by our training band.
Tickets for this event are now on sale via our safe and secure online booking platform on this website (click Ticket Link below), We use PayPal for payments and if you don't have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a guest. Physical tickets are not sent out, and you will simply check in at the event when you arrive. There will also be refreshments and a raffle (cash) at the event. We are looking forward to welcoming lots of children to our Christmas Band Camp as part of the North Lincolnshire Council HAF Fuelled up events this winter.
This activity day will be held on Monday 22nd December from 10am until 4pm in the upstairs function room within the Corn Exchange, Market Place, Barton-upon-Humber. It is for children aged 7-16yrs who are in receipt of FSM.
Places are limited and must be pre-booked via the EEQU booking system. The link for this will go live on 2nd December. If you are interested in a place, please drop Jay a message via the details on the poster.
During the day we will have a variety of activities and games for the children to get involved in. We will have drinks and snacks available as well as a delicious surprise lunch. Who knows, we may even have some other surprises up our sleeve too!!

Barton Community Band are a 3rd section band who recently competed at the National Brass Band Championships 2023 at Cheltenham, placing 3rd in their section. The band perform both locally and further afield and are open to bookings. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.

Barton Community Band are thriving under the excellent direction of our fabulous Musical Director, Garry Oglesby. Barton Community Band play at a variety of events throughout the year, from in the local community and surrounding areas, to others a little further afield. We are also a competing band and will be contesting for the areas in Durham in March. Click above to see where you can find our other performances.
We have recently changed our youth band to a training band as we have both adults and children now learning to play instruments with us. Everyone is welcome, no matter age, background or experience.
