We perform at a wide range of events throughout the year. The band also regularly competes in the Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.

Following our 2nd consecutive win at the North Of England 3rd Section Championships, all of us at Barton Community Band are looking forward to once again representing The North of England when competing at the National Finals in September, ahead of our promotion to the 2nd Section for the start of 2019.

Open Rehearsal

All are welcome at our open rehearsal of the test piece ahead of the area contest on Saturday. The Albermarle, Hull at 8pm on Thursday 12th March. The atmospheric piece – The Golden Sabre by Kit Turnbull – was inspired by the exploits of a Russian Calvary officer.
